* Deliver assessment and intervention to a defined caseload using validated and evidence-based models of care, including the Model of Human Occupation (MOHO).
* Participate in formal meetings, providing specialist knowledge of occupational and mental health perspectives.
* Work effectively with MDT colleagues to ensure robust therapeutic environments that support autonomy, maintain function and productivity during the episode of care.
* Formulate and share risk information in a timely and effective manner, contributing to risk management and positive risk-taking processes.
* Recommend and liaise with the MDT to provide appropriate support for the individual, coordinating with other agencies to ensure a seamless service.
* Develop specialist skills and expertise within the field of community assessment, recovery-focused interventions and related outcome measures.
* Demonstrate sound judgement regarding achievement of support worker competencies and delegation of work within a competency-based framework.
* Contribute to service developments across OT and mental health services; undertake audits and quality improvement projects.
