The Group:
The Data Center and Energy team at Analog Devices is seeking Test Development Intern to work alongside a talented and motivated multi-disciplinary team, working with a global team of innovators to develop new industry-leading IC products for the high-growth data center and energy markets.
The Position:
The successful candidate will gain exposure to the NP development process, working as part of a multi-Engineer Test team, in the development of innovative, high performance, mass production ready hardware and software test solutions for our leading-edge product portfolio.
Role and Responsibilities of the Test Development Engineer:
1. DFT definition & development to improve testability, quality and reduce cost.
2. Pre-tapeout verification of Test solutions using Design Simulation tools.
3. Design of innovative, reliable and efficient multi-site Probe and Test solutions on high performance mixed signal ATE platforms.
4. Execution of the Test development phase including Silicon functionality and debug, Characterization, Yield Analysis, solution optimization and Offshore Production release.
5. Support the fast ramp of high-volume new products.
6. With DCE peers and the wider Test Development community, drive for continuous advancement of measurement methodologies through improvement initiatives.
Relevant Skills:
7. Studying a degree in Electronic Engineering, or related discipline.
8. Strong knowledge of Analogue and Digital Electronics.
9. Be self-motivated, willing to take on responsibility, and show initiative in identifying and solving challenging technical problems.
10. Strong analytical skills
11. Strong teamwork, inter-personal and communication skills are essential.
12. Software Experience (Visual Basic, Python, Java, C)
