YOUR MISSION: Execution of the Purchase Plan Monthly buy meetings Ensure all Po’s meet the launch plan deadlines All confirmed shipping info is updated on the PO information Liaising with custom teams on component stock availability Updating component availability file with the latest delivery dates Progress any orders we cannot fulfil Stock adjustments actioned weekly Analysis of component ratios and trends Updating the European Forecasts via the tracking tool Daily tracking of order received and delivered Monitoring the on-hold orders Supporting the European customer service teams Liaising with the build centre on custom queries Shaft and Grip matrix updated yearly YOUR TALENT: Excellent interpersonal skills Strong understanding of supply chain and purchase order process Must be numerate, logical and accurate Previous relevant experience in a supply/planning and purchasing environment Previous experiencing in the Golf industry Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel – Vlookups, Pivot Tables) PUMA supports over 19,000 employees across 120 countries.
