We're looking for a Field-Based Cleaner / Rubbish Removal Operative to join our team, carrying out re-let cleans and property clearance services across the South Midlands region.
What You'll Do: Carry out end-of-tenancy / re-let cleans to a high standard.
Complete rubbish and waste removals as required.
Perform quality check inventories of properties before and after cleaning.
Work independently or as part of a two-person team.
Represent our company with professionalism and care at all times.

What We're Looking For: Previous cleaning or property maintenance experience preferred (but not essential).
A valid UK driving licence (required).
Ability to work to deadlines and maintain excellent attention to detail.
Positive attitude, reliability, and good communication skills.
Salary: Competitive, with regular overtime available and incentive opportunities.
Base Location: Milton Keynes/Buckinghamshire – covering the South Midlands area.
