The Role
Conduct measured surveys and prepare detailed reports
Manage project contracts, specifications, and tender documentation
Oversee cost control, budgeting, and quantity surveying (desirable)
Carry out contract administration and project management duties
Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery The Person
Senior or Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS desirable)
Experience within residential and/or commercial sectors
Strong contract administration and project delivery skills
