Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing essential administrative support, and facilitating communication within the organisation. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Duties

* Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings and maintaining office supplies.
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients, both in person and via telephone or email.
* Assist in sales activities by supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and telemarketing efforts.
* Utilise software tools to maintain accurate records and databases, including Salesforce for tracking customer interactions.
* Prepare reports and presentations as required, ensuring all documentation is accurate and well-organised.
* Provide support in both English and Spanish to accommodate a diverse range of clients and colleagues.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow within the organisation.

Experience

* Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, showcasing strong organisational skills.
* Proficiency in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is essential.
* Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish are highly desirable.
* A background in sales or telemarketing would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
