The Opportunity
We are hiring a Client Services Director to join our Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO. We are looking for a strong leader who can manage C-suite stakeholders & build long term partnerships not just manage delivery teams.
You will lead Delivery, Customer Success and Consultancy teams, ensuring our clients realise measurable value from the Lokulus platform while driving sustainable, profitable growth. You will be accountable not just for delivery excellence, but for revenue growth, client expansion and long-term enterprise partnerships.
You will:
Own Services P&L, revenue and margin
Lead renewals, upsells and account expansion within the existing client base
Drive utilisation, forecasting and commercial rigour
Act as Executive Sponsor across key enterprise accounts or projects
Who We're Looking For
This role is perfect for you, if you have:
Led an IT Consultancy or Professional Services function at enterprise scale.
Owned a Services P&L.
A commercial mindset sharp and you are comfortable taking real ownership for revenue, margin and client growth.
Credibly and confidence to operate at C-suite level and act as a trusted executive partner to senior stakeholders.
And you understand how to:
Deliver complex programmes on time and on budget
Drive measurable ROI for enterprise clients
Build forecasting and governance structures that scale
Turn strong client relationships into long-term commercial partnerships
