Job Title: Domiciliary Support Worker

About the Role:
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Support Workers to provide person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health needs, and complex care requirements in their own homes across Oxfordshire.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care including assistance with bathing, dressing, and mobility
* Support service users with daily living activities, promoting independence and wellbeing
* Build trusting and respectful relationships with service users
* Follow care plans and report any changes in health or behaviour promptly
* Maintain accurate records of care provided
About You:
* Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health, or complex needs is preferred
* Compassionate, patient, and dependable with good communication skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexible availability to work on a bank (casual) basis, including evenings and weekends
* Willing to undertake training and hold relevant qualifications if possible
* A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is an advantage but not essential
