A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join a well-regarded firm of solicitors based in North West London.
Working within the Residential Conveyancing team, this role offers hands‑on exposure to both pre‑completion and post‑completion work in a dynamic workplace.
Duties include:
* Assisting with a wide range of post‑completion tasks, including completing and submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) forms
* Processing applications and registrations at Companies House
* Supporting pre‑completion work, including liaising with fee‑earners, mortgage lenders and clients to obtain documentation and updates
* Providing comprehensive administrative support to fee‑earners on their caseloads, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently
Key Skills & Requirements:
* At least two year’s experience in conveyancing - essential
* Educated to degree level
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
