Job Details: Assessment and Engagement Worker
Waythrough launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. Our vision is to break down barriers that prevent people from accessing support to live valued lives. We address poverty and disadvantage through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing, and related support services.
We operate nearly 200 services across England with nearly 3,500 staff and volunteers supporting around 125,000 people annually.
As we integrate our systems and processes following the merger, some branding may still reflect 'Humankind'.
