Trainee Legal PA - Boutique Litigation Law Firm

Salary: up to £30,000
About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded boutique litigation law firm for a brand-new Trainee Legal PA position. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has already gained experience in a law firm environment and is now ready to step into a role with dedicated responsibility for supporting a set allocation of partners and fee earners.
Responsibilities
* Providing direct administrative and legal support to allocated partners and fee earners.
* Managing case files, preparing bundles, and assisting with litigation processes.
* Drafting correspondence and maintaining accurate records.
* Coordinating diaries, meetings, and deadlines.
* Liaising with clients and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
Candidate Profile
* Strong academic degree preferred
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A proactive and professional approach to supporting senior fee earners.
