Do you have your Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare, and looking for a new challenge in a small Children's home supporting three Children/Young People, if so, we have the role for you.
Salary Up to £33246 - includes £60 per sleep in
Hours: Average 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

As the Teal Leader for the Children's Home, some of your duties will be:
To provide leadership and management of the home.
To maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, incl. The Quality Standards, Every Child Matters, the Children Act, other relevant legislation and guidance and company policy and procedure.
To support the manage to manage the home to safeguard and promote the wellbeing of young people.
To support to manage a quality service aiming to achieve a ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted rating.
To work with the wider management team to contribute to the planning and development of Care Perspectives and to provide management support to other areas of the service needing this.
To increase and maintain occupancy levels that both appropriate with the business needs of the service and needs of the young people placed.

Qualified - You must hold a Diploma Level 3 in diploma for residential childcare or equivalent (Essential)
Highly organised and efficient with MS office packages
Good knowledge of people management practices
Flexible and hardworking
Driving Licence
