Head of Sales (Founding Sales Leader) - SaaS AI Client Service Enablement Platform
Up to £120k base + x2 OTE
Hybrid 3 days in the central London office
This role isn't starting off in a pure management role, it is a sales role where you'll then build a team after success.
We’re working with an early-stage B2B SaaS startup building an AI-native platform for enterprise client service teams. The product helps client-led organisations (agencies, consultancies, professional services firms) better understand, grow, and protect their most valuable relationships using AI-driven insight.
This is a hands-on founding sales role for a proven seller ready to step into leadership. You’ll own revenue, close enterprise deals yourself, and work directly with the founders to build the sales function from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
* Own and hit revenue targets
* Close complex mid-market and enterprise SaaS deals
* Lead senior-level discovery and value conversations
* Translate AI capabilities into clear commercial ROI
* Build repeatable sales processes, tooling, and playbooks
* Hire and lead the sales team as the company scales
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years selling complex SaaS or technology-enabled solutions
* Strong track record closing enterprise or mid-market deals
* Experience selling into agencies, consultancies, or professional services
* Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and buying committees
* Ambition to grow into a Head of Sales role while remaining hands-on
