About the position The IB is undergoing a bold digital transformation. As Head of Product Management within our Digital Office, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of IB’s digital product ecosystem. This role involves reimagining how we serve schools, educators, and learners worldwide through digital innovation.
The Digital Office is central to our product strategy, responsible for customer-facing products across our platforms and new ventures. You’ll join a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering impactful outcomes in a rapidly evolving educational landscape.
As Head of Product Management, you’ll oversee an annual investment of $10-15M to support School Operations. You will manage a team of 4 Senior Product Specialists to develop tools that support schools from inquiry to ongoing engagement. You’ll work on products that drive school candidacy, marketing automation, sales pipeline, school authorization and evaluation, educator workforce management, and customer service, which are essential for our growth and support of schools worldwide.
