We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Registered Nurse to join our caring and progressive Product Delivery Service team.
You will support high-quality bladder and bowel care for adults in Kent. The service aims to assist patients, carers, and care homes with the clinical and administrative aspects of ordering and delivering continence products.
Main duties of the job
The team assesses, authorizes, and processes product requests received via referrals from the Continence/Bladder & Bowel Service, Community Nursing Teams, Residential & Nursing Homes, and other professionals.
You will use your clinical judgment to support evidence-based care planning and ensure a positive experience for service users.
You will contribute to educational initiatives aimed at improving outcomes for patients with bladder and bowel dysfunction and their families or carers.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Registered Healthcare Professional with relevant professional registration (e.g., NMC, HCPC)
* Degree in a health-related subject or willingness to complete one within 3 years of appointment
Experience
* Recent community or acute healthcare experience gained through education, placements, or employment
Knowledge
* Awareness of professional issues and NHS developments
* Knowledge of current clinical practices
Skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
* Ability to organize own work effectively
Personal Attributes
* Motivational and organizational skills to ensure best practice
* Ability to work under pressure
Management Abilities
* Support implementation of local and national health agendas under supervision
* Prioritize care delivery professionally, following Trust policies
Disclosure and Barring Service Check
This role requires a DBS check due to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975. Applicants will need to submit to this process.
Salary: £29,970 to £36,483 per year, pro rata
