*Guaranteed Minimum Hourly Rate (GMHR) Explanation:
All employees will have a basic pay rate of the national minimum wage for their age group. GMHR will be met through the distribution of service charge and house tips (TRONC). If TRONC funds are insufficient to meet GMHR, the company will top up pay. If TRONC exceeds GMHR, the excess will be distributed to the team, potentially resulting in an hourly rate higher than GMHR. 100% of service charge and house tips will be distributed. During specific, pre-booked training sessions and setup/breakdown periods outside the season, pay will be at the basic rate. #J-18808-Ljbffr
