⏳ Contract : Full-time, Permanent Employed Role
⏰ Hours : Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm) 1-2 day work from home after training.
Salary : Competitive Salary Package (Year 1 OTE - £50,000 to £75,000, Year 2 OTE £100,000+)

What We’re Looking For:
* CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with at least one year of advising experience
* A motivated professional eager to grow your career and earn big
* Passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership goals
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Building and nurturing a robust client base to secure mortgage, protection, and insurance business
* Driving new revenue opportunities by proactively generating and converting leads
* Collaborating closely with the estate agency team and other departments to maximize income and results
* Working hand-in-hand with a dedicated administrator to ensure smooth, seamless client experiences from application to completion
