Telephone B2B Account Manager / Financial Services Account Manager
A Bradley Stoke legal firm is looking for a Telephone B2B Account Manager / Financial Services Account Manager to join the team.
This role can be hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office each week in Bradley Stoke.
The role is primarily telephone-based, with virtual and webinar presentations, mainly from the office.
The successful candidate will need to understand unregulated legal products such as Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney, and be skilled at explaining products and technology to introducers and clients.
Experience Required
* Financial services related experience
* Confidence in speaking to introducers over the phone and video
* Motivated, resilient, enthusiastic, team player
* Proven sales and account management track record
* Effective communication and organizational skills
* Office experience
* Knowledge of IFA or mortgage advisor industry contacts
Attributes
* Excellent verbal communication skills for engaging professional introducers
* Attention to detail in verbal and written communication
* Ability to manage multiple introducers and tasks
* Discretion with sensitive information
* Teamwork and independence
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems
Package
* Salary: £24-£32k depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
* Manage relationships with key introducers and promote the company
* Use telephone and webinars to promote the company's offerings
* Communicate industry developments to distributors
* Update product and marketplace knowledge
* Maintain sales database
* Support the sales team
* Identify opportunities from dormant introducers
