THE CANDIDATE:
1. Practical farming background.
2. Experience of operating farm machinery.
3. Mechanical aptitude would be an advantage.
4. Computer literate.
5. Telehandler, cherry picker and forklift certificates would be an advantage.
6. Hands-on, can-do attitude.
7. Good team player & communicator.
8. Full driving licence.
THE PACKAGE:
Salary £30,000 + Overtime at 1.5x + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
