KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Drives business growth by delivering on budgeted sales objectives while adhering to organizational polices. Manages a team of senior executives. Supporting them on their development plans and engages in open and honest conversations. Reviews and discuss action plans for achievement of sales budget each month. Create and implement plan for conducting promotional activities, develop CRM strategy, and ensure effective execution of marketing strategies from time to time in order to achieve objectives through sales. Map potential of territory and relates it to market trends and competitors’ activities Profiles, assesses potential, prepares target list and enlists new doctors as per business requirement. Collaborates with government sales teams to ensure product availability and demand generation at the different institutions. Builds consistent, long term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders/Key Business leaders in assigned territory by involving them in scientific engagements at regular intervals and through effective coverage at right frequency. Follow up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a timely resolution. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, preferably in Life Sciences or Biotechnology. Multiyear experience in medical device sales Relevant therapeutic experience in areas such as Sutures, Wound closure, Hernia solutions, and Biosurgery is highly preferred. Excellent decision-making and strong financial management skills.
