Handover / Quality Engineer - Highways
Contract | Early 2026 Start | Northamptonshire
I'm working with a highways contractor who is looking to bring in a dedicated Handover / Quality Engineer to support the close‑out and handover phase of a major highways project in Northamptonshire, starting early 2026.
This role is ideal for an engineer with a strong eye for detail and proven experience managing quality documentation and as-built information on highways schemes.
The Role
* Redlining drawings and converting into as-built formats
* Closing out ITPs and ITCs using the Novade digital quality platform
* Completing as-built surveys of installed assets
* Producing as-built information using AutoCAD, Revit and Civils 3D
* Supporting the project team to achieve a compliant and timely handover
Essential Requirements
* Highways project experience (essential)
* Strong background in quality and handover engineering
* Experience working with digital quality systems, ideally Novade
* Competency in AutoCAD, Revit and Civils 3D
* Highways and earthworks experience essential
