Responsibilities
* Support residents with household and domestic tasks, including laundry, shopping, cleaning and financial transactions such as paying bills.
* Prepare meals, drinks and snacks as needed.
* Encourage and enable residents to follow agreed care plans.
* Assist residents with morning routines and personal care, including washing/bathing, dressing, undressing and bedtime routines; ensure medication is taken as required.
* Place resident wellbeing at the heart of service; keep managers and key agencies informed of progress.
* Work full flexibility required for early and late shifts, working weekends and bank holidays.
* Remain calm under pressure.

Benefits
* Paid by the hour (£13.48 per hour, based on 35 hours per week).
* Annual salary equivalent of £24,601 per year (full time).
