Internship Overview
We are excited to announce our Summer Internship Program for candidates looking to embark on a dynamic career path in the aerospace, defense, and supply chain sector. This 12 week program is designed to offer hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development in various areas within our business. Interns will gain invaluable insight and contribute to real-world projects that impact our operations and the industry at large.

Key Program Features
1. Duration: 12 weeks during the summer months (June-August)
2. Location: Based at our Burgate, UK office
3. Internship Opportunities: Business Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Strategy, Sales, and Supply Chain Management
4. Paid Internship: $20- $23 an hour based on education level
5. Mentorship: Receive guidance and mentorship from industry leaders and experienced professionals
6. Professional Development: Participate in workshops, seminars, and networking events designed to enhance your skills and knowledge
7. Project Work: Engage in project-based work that contributes to FDH Aero’s strategic goals and initiatives
8. End-of-Internship Presentation: Showcase your contributions and learnings in a presentation to the leadership team
Ideal Candidate Profile:
9. Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree relevant to the business areas of interest. (Marketing, Business Management, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources)
10. Commit to a 12 week summer internship timeframe
11. Have a cumulative GPA of or higher, reflective of all college coursework
12. Be currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelors degree
13. Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer internship
14. Demonstrated interest in the aerospace, supply chain and/or defense sector
15. Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
16. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
17. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
18. Authorized to work in the United States
