We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor with strong TUPE expertise to join our team during an exciting phase of growth and transformation. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting managed service transitions and employee transfers, ensuring smooth, compliant, and people-focused TUPE mobilisations.
What you’ll do:
1. Lead and support end-to-end TUPE processes — from due diligence and consultation to onboarding and post-transfer integration.
2. Partner with managers, employee representatives, and legal advisors to ensure every transfer runs seamlessly and in line with legislation.
3. Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders across the business, providing guidance on HR policy, performance, wellbeing, and engagement.
