Overview
Outpatient Clinic Coordinator – part‑time (34.53 hours per week), Band 4, based at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 16:30; Friday 08:30 – 16:02.
Responsibilities
* The successful applicant will be able to work on their own initiative as well as being a team player, be self‑motivated and able to prioritise conflicting demands. The post holder would have to be in regular contact with staff across service and have supervisory responsibilities for the reception team.
* Deal with service users and colleagues in a confident, caring and empathetic manner both over the phone and in person.
* Be well organised and methodical with excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills to cope with the demands of the service.
Qualifications / Skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong prioritisation and organisational skills and IT proficiency.
