Offer description

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in delivering sustainable business growth through the development of new opportunities and the cultivation of existing partnerships. There will be two areas of focus that represent adjacent markets to GEOAmey’s core service:

This role requires a dynamic and driven professional with a strong understanding of the healthcare and social transport sectors, a proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities, and excellent relationship-building skills with public sector bodies, commissioners, healthcare providers, and other key stakeholders.

* Strategic Planning & Reporting:
* Lead the development and implementation of the company’s growth strategy.
* Provide regular reports and forecasts on sales pipeline, contract performance, and market insights to senior management.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, and finance to align business development activities with broader company goals.

* Demonstrable success in preparing and winning tenders and securing new contracts.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
