This is a key leadership role within the school, responsible for overseeing the strategic development of SEND provision and ensuring all students receive the support they need to thrive. The successful SENCO will lead on EHCP coordination, intervention strategies, staff training, and liaising with parents and external agencies. You will work closely with senior leadership, pastoral teams, and teaching staff to promote inclusive practice across the school. This role would suit an experienced SENCO or an ambitious inclusion leader with a strong understanding of statutory requirements and a passion for supporting students with additional needs.
