Working with an established local business, we are recruiting for an experienced administrator to join an organisation who really make a difference. Working across a range of departments this role will see you support all areas of the business to ensure it’s smooth operations. Reporting into Senior Management you will be responsible for;
* Coordinating all travel and accommodation across the UK
* Managing and organising multiple online diaries
* Updating, amending and populating documentation
* Updating internal systems and carrying out complex data entry
* Ensuring compliance at all times for both the business and it’s staff
* Supporting with staff paperwork such as DBS checks, qualification checking etc..
This role requires a candidate with proven administrative experience, ideally someone who has touch on assistant work, who is keen to support the ever-changing needs of a business. You’ll need to be well organised, able to spin many plates at once, and not shy away from a challenge. Acting with tact, diplomacy and discretion you’ll need to be a team player able to support others but work autonomously. The role requires a candidate with a C or above in English and Math.
