We are a multi-award-winning housebuilder that operates nationally across 5 regions. We are looking for a Technical Manager to join our Special Projects Division focusing on Internal Fire Safety works.
You’ll be capable of working as a team, and coordinating the different contributors to a project, and using your first-class communication skills you will effectively motivate and communicate with the wider teams, in order to influence others to ensure that the required programmes are met.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Review FRA’s and prepare briefing documents of actions points for Crest, Contractors & RE/RP’s. Inc co-ordination of Mark-up plans of area of works. (link between Pre-assessment team & Technical Managers)
