Position: Purchase Ledger Manager
Hours: 22 hours per week, Permanent
Location: Southport, Merseyside
Role Overview
This role is primarily responsible for managing the purchase ledger for Queenscourt Hospice (QCH) and Queenscourt Hospice Retail Ltd (QHR Ltd). Responsibilities include processing and accurately coding high volumes of invoices onto Sage Intacct, liaising with suppliers, reconciling supplier accounts for audit purposes, reviewing supplier services, negotiating costs, and implementing improvements as needed. The role also involves assisting with year-end accounts and supporting auditors.

Salary
£26,870 to £29,683 per annum/pro-rata, depending on experience.
