Your Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, your communication and relationship‑building skills will be central to your success. Responsibilities include:
Developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships.
Building trust and rapport with clients and candidates to fully understand their needs.
Using strong communication skills to engage, influence, negotiate, and guide both candidates and hiring managers.
Applying resilience and determination to overcome challenges and achieve successful placements.
Delivering a high level of service that promotes long‑term loyalty.

Salary - up to £28,000 plus uncapped commission. Self promotion targets to increase salary.
