The Role
As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support ongoing coaching and development of your team, own your shifts to enhance performance, and support restaurant operations.
We are looking for someone who:
* Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
* Is prepared to run shifts, plan staffing, and enjoy working with the team and coaching on the go
* Understands managing labor and rotas and is eager to learn about financial performance
