Location and Working Hours
Twickenham - TW13 6DB
Full-time – 40 hours per week
Availability to work shifts between 7am and 4pm Monday to Friday, with some Saturday shifts (8am to 4pm) on a rotational basis with time off in lieu.
Job Purpose
You will contribute to your store's success by collaborating with colleagues and the UK Sales Team to deliver excellent customer service to professionals and DIY customers. Your role involves maximizing sales of AkzoNobel products and accessories and supporting customer deliveries to homes and businesses.
Responsibilities
1. Participate in engagement planning and monthly store meetings.
2. Ensure customers receive a warm welcome, informed conversations, and personalized proposals.
3. Use client service tools to maintain a consistent customer experience.
4. Support the store’s monthly customer contact plan.
5. Follow merchandising plans to restock the shop floor.
6. Load delivery vans and plan routes.
7. Develop your skills and encourage colleagues to do the same using training tools.
Requirements
* Proven experience in customer service or retail roles.
* Valid driving license.
* Enjoys collaborative work and supporting colleagues.
* Remains calm under pressure.
