About the Role:
My client is a leading design and build contractor seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the construction projects at a major hyperscale Data Centre project in Acton.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate project activities from initiation to completion.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any issues or risks.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage project resources, including personnel and equipment.
Implement and maintain project management processes and procedures.
Identify and implement opportunities for project improvement, visual management, and efficiency enhancement.
Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
