BYD Customer Experience Executive
Contract Type: Permanent / Full-time
Hours of work: 5 days a week - our showroom opening hours are 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 8.30am to 5pm and Sunday 11am to 4pm. Late nights and weekends on a rota basis.
Position Pays: On top of a competitive basic salary and generous bonus structure, we offer an attractive benefits package. This will be discussed at interview stage.

You'll get to know our products inside and out, building your expertise primarily though digital communication, so you can guide customers through our sales journey - from enquiry to product demos and beyond.
Your duties will include:
As a Customer Experience Executive you will be representing both Sinclair Group and BYD brand. Working as part of the Sales Team, you will be responsible for the end to end customer experience. Day to day you will:
1. Respond to queries from new and existing customers relating to new and used vehicle sales
2. Guide customers through their purchase, providing outstanding customer service as the face of both Sinclair and the BYD brand.
3. Meet individual sales targets by maximising upsell and cross-sell opportunities on finance and insurance products and optional extras
4. Assist in ensuring a steady flow of enquiries from multiple channels through prospecting and marketing
5. Maintain a specialist knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and options, participating in regular knowledge updates
6. Manage the vehicle handover process, ensuring compliance with process
7. Adhere to Sinclair Group's and industry regulations relating to the sale of vehicles, finance and insurance.
More about you:
The ideal applicant will have some previous sales background and demonstrate a confident manner when speaking with customers. The key attributes that we would look for are:
