Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Marshal to join our team. The ideal candidate needs be capable of leading the marshal team to ensure that customers on a our circuit have a safe and enjoyable experience and help to run the business along side the senior receptionist.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily circuit operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to our established health and safety policy.
* Provide exceptional guest services, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
* Help to manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team environment.
* Monitor the premises for safety compliance and address any issues that may arise.
* Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring all guest needs are met efficiently.
* Maintain an organised work area, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
* Ability to learn how to help maintain karts
Requirements
* Experience in management within the hospitality industry is preferrable.
* Some background in mechanics would be desirable
* Strong background in guest services with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
* Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
