What You'll Be Doing:
* Leading the civil engineering team on a variety of exciting projects across retail, industrial, education, healthcare, and residential sectors
* Building and nurturing client relationships to secure new business and repeat work
* Driving team development by mentoring junior engineers and contributing to recruitment
* Overseeing project delivery from concept to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and commercial success
* Collaborating closely with other disciplines and offices to create integrated, high-quality solutions
About You:
* A degree-qualified civil engineer (CEng or working towards Chartership)
* Proven experience in project leadership and business development
* Strong client network in the Derbyshire/Midlands region (or the drive to build one)
* A commercially aware and strategic mindset with a passion for team building
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-a natural leader and collaborator
