Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

Community Integrated Care is seeking an experienced and inspiring leader to oversee Registered Managers and Supported Living Services across the North West of England. You will be responsible for operational performance across the region, ensuring services meet all contractual, regulatory, legal and quality requirements while driving continuous improvement.

About You
You will bring:

15. Strong understanding of CQC regulations, inspection frameworks, and the social care landscape.
16. Knowledge of personalisation, inclusion, and the diverse needs of the people we support.
17. Proven ability to lead teams, influence culture, and deliver high‑quality, person‑centred services.
18. Confidence in managing operational priorities, resources, and budgets across multiple sites.

The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving license and have use of their own vehicle for work purposes.
