About The Role
Support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store by delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times. Demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of the company while ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.
With over 2,000 exciting products designed to suit every customer’s preference, the team offers expert advice, shares product origins, and helps customers find solutions that suit their lifestyle while supporting ethical sourcing programmes.
Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service on the shop floor.
* Assist customers with product recommendations, advice, and skincare regimes.
* Drive sales and profit in line with store targets.
* Maintain knowledge of product lines, origins, and sustainability initiatives.
