Tasks
As a Live Chat Agent for Kovix, you will play a vital role in ensuring our users receive fast, friendly and accurate support. You will be the face of Kovix to our community, helping creators get the most out of the platform and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
Your main responsibilities may include:
* Respond to live chat enquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Assist users with account setup, invoice creation and payment queries
* Guide users through Kovix features including line items, AI tools and Pro plan functionality
* Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team member
* Identify and troubleshoot common platform issues reported by users
* Maintain a positive, welcoming tone that reflects our People First value
* Stay up to date with Kovix features, updates and policies
* Gather user feedback and relay it to the wider team
Requirements
Applicants should have fluent written English and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a live chat environment. A reliable internet connection, a PC or laptop and the ability to commit to an agreed weekly schedule are essential. You should have a good understanding of Roblox and the creator community, and be comfortable working independently as part of a remote team. The minimum age for this role is 14 years.
Previous experience in customer support or live chat is desirable but not essential. Familiarity with Kovix, Google or UK GDPR principles would be an advantage, though full guidance will be provided.
