Education Solicitor, NQ‑3 Years PQE, Cheltenham, £55,000+ (DOE)

ROLE
* You will be joining a supportive, specialist team with national recognition in the education sector
* You will be responsible for a varied education caseload to include safeguarding and child protection issues, parental complaints, pupil‑related matters, and discrimination and equality issues
* You will work closely with teachers, headteachers and governors delivering clear, practical and proportionate advice
* You will assist more senior members of the team with more complex cases
SKILLS REQUIRED
* Applications are sought from Newly Qualified Solicitors with a genuine passion for the education sector
* You will have experience in education law, public law, charity law, or a strong interest in developing a career in education law
* It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment
