Apprentice Trainer (Motorcycle) Location: Bracknell, Berkshire An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Motorcycle Technician or Trainer to join a leading automotive apprenticeship provider. This role involves delivering high-quality training and assessment to motorcycle apprentices, helping develop the next generation of skilled technicians. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver theoretical and practical motorcycle maintenance, diagnosis and repair training in both classroom and workshop environments. * Assess learner competence and provide regular progress feedback. * Prepare training materials, workshops and learning resources. * Support apprentice welfare, safeguarding and individual learning needs. * Maintain training equipment, tools and vehicles to a high standard. * Deliver virtual training sessions when required. * Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives. * Collaborate with internal teams, employers and stakeholders to support apprentice success.
