Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Treatment Coordinator (TCO) / Receptionist to join busy private dental practice. This is a demanding role requiring strong dental knowledge, excellent organisation, and confident communication with both dentists and patients.

Full-time: 40 hours over 5 days

Days: Monday – Friday
*
Shifts: 07:30–16:30 or 09:30–18:30 (rota-based)
*
Salary: From £33,000, depending on experience
*
Start Date: 26th January 2026
Requirements
*
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a private dental practice
*
Confident user of SOE dental software
*
Strong understanding of dentistry and dental treatments
*
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
*
Excellent communication skills with patients and clinicians
*
Outgoing, proactive, and professional attitude
