This locum position offers a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine difference in the community while benefiting from flexible working hours. The core hours for this role are 9-5, Monday to Friday, although flexibility around start and finish times is available for the right applicants, with options like 8am – 6pm (3-4 days), 8am – 4pm, or 9am – 6pm. Part-time applications will also be considered.

What you will do:
* Provide comprehensive and compassionate mental health care to adults within the community, applying your expertise to manage and support patient recovery.
* Conduct thorough assessments to develop and implement individualised treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
* Offer psychoeducation and therapeutic interventions to patients and their families, equipping them with the tools to manage mental health challenges.
* Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to team discussions to ensure cohesive and effective patient care pathways.
* Maintain patient records and documentation to high professional standards, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current regulations.
