The Senior Quantity Surveyor is an important part of the project team and helps make sure projects are managed well from a commercial point of view. This role involves managing costs, budgets, and contracts, supporting the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications
* Accreditation by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) or the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES).
* Adequate experience as an Assistant QS/QS.
* Knowledge and understanding of construction management and sustainable construction techniques.
* Good communicator.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Effective use of initiative.
