The Care Assistant will work as part of a team to provide a range of care and support services to our residents.
Responsibilities
* Assist residents with individual care needs.
* Assist in the serving/preparation of meals.
* Assist in the formulation of care/support plans and amend as required.
* Spend time with our residents and complete key worker reports as required.
Skills and Qualifications
* Work as part of a team including the ability to work flexible work patterns which will include night and weekend cover.
* Previous experience of caring for the elderly.
* Able to work flexible work patterns which will include night and weekend cover.
