Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career within a friendly and highly regarded boutique firm? This could be the ideal opportunity.
The Firm
Our client is a well-established, boutique commercial law firm located in the heart of historic York. Known for its high-quality legal work, personal client service, and collaborative culture, the firm is expanding its Commercial Property team and is seeking a confident and capable solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE.
The Role
As a key member of the property team, you will handle a broad caseload of commercial property matters including:
* Sales and acquisitions of commercial premises
* Landlord and tenant matters (leases, renewals, assignments, etc.)
* Development work and site acquisitions
* Property finance and investment transactions
* Corporate support on real estate elements
You will work closely with a loyal client base of SMEs, investors, developers, and landlords, as well as new clients attracted through the firm’s strong local reputation and repeat business.
What We’re Looking For
* A qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years PQE in commercial property law
* Strong technical knowledge and ability to handle matters with minimal supervision
* Commercial awareness and a client-focused attitude
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* A team player who thrives in a close-knit, professional environment
