We are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join our team in Armagh! Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Finance Assistant who will be responsible for data entry and account reconciliation as well as other additional duties to assist the accounts team. Key Responsibilities: Process sales invoices and credit notes, handling all associated queries Credit control including setting up payment plans Maintain debtors ledger Maintain confidential filing and create new files for services users Liaise with external bodies to ensure all information is correct and up to date and resolve any issues that may arise Answer and monitor phone calls and emails General administrative duties What We're Looking For: Previous experience using Sage 50 Payroll, Sage 200 or similar, Excel and Word Excellent literacy and numeracy skills Educated to a GCSE Level (must include Maths and English) Strong verbal and written skills Ability to cope with changing priorities and able to multitask Flexible approach to work according to the needs of the service Satisfactory Access NI check Desirable Requirements: 2 years' accounts experience within a busy office environment Full UK driving licence Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 *Full Job Description available on request* Tarasis Enterprises is an equal opportunity employer.
