Description
* Manage and coordinate the schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO and chairman.
* Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
* Support the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
* Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, in a timely manner.
* Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment as needed.
* Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks to support the wider team.
Profile
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
* Proven experience in a similar administrative or executive support role.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
* Familiarity with the property industry is advantageous but not essential.
* Can commute to Edgbaston, Birmingham.
