This specialist multi-academy trust supports pupils with a wide range of additional and complex needs across its provisions. With a strong focus on inclusion, personalised learning, and therapeutic approaches, the Trust provides a structured and supportive environment. The role of Supply Teacher involves delivering pre-planned lessons, adapting teaching to meet diverse needs, and maintaining continuity of learning across different settings within a collaborative staff team.
Requirements (Max 50 words)
The desired Supply Teacher will have:
1. Experience teaching across key stages or subjects
2. Experience supporting pupils with SEND
3. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
4. Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive approach
